I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Miloš from the reception and Sanja from the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The hotel facilities were superb, particularly the indoor heated pools and spa area. The location was great, only a short walk away from the main promenade and conveniently accessible by a pleasant walking trail. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with spacious and tidy areas.

The spa treatments were amazing! the professionals were very attentive and the massages and facials were top-notch. the location of the hotel was perfect for a romantic getaway, right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. the room was beautifully decorated and offered a great view of the city.

Sadly, the hotel staff was not very helpful when it came to resolving issues. We also had to deal with overcrowded pools, as many non-hotel guests were allowed access, which made it difficult to enjoy the facilities.

The breakfast at Spa Resort & Hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed the classical Serbian buffet breakfast. The internal heated pools were also a highlight, with interestingly designed shapes and a range of temperatures to choose from. The water in the pools was amazing, providing a refreshing and enjoyable experience. Despite some drawbacks with crowded pools and a small room size, we would still recommend this hotel for its great amenities and tasty breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main promenade, making it easy to explore the local area. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, with modern en-suite bathrooms. The hotel had great facilities such as five heated indoor pools, saunas, fitness center and playground. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. We enjoyed taking a short walk in the nearby park, which was also a lovely place to visit.

Our stay was disrupted by private parties in the restaurant for three days in a row, resulting in loud music until 1-2AM. When we asked for a room change, the hotel claimed to be fully booked.
